Hello! My name is Megan and I'm so glad you've stopped by!
I am a the mom of {2} sweet little boys, just 18 months apart, cat mom to Tilly, and married to my fun loving husband, Jacob, since 2014. We have transitioned from a vegetarian to plant-based diet and we couldn't be enjoying it more. As a midwest family, we don't have the luxury of fresh fruit/veggies from our garden year around but we do our best!

Winters here consist of a lot of potatoes, broccoli, brussel sprouts and bananas. When summer rolls around we grow a lot of our own produce in our 5 beautiful raised garden beds in our city lot. There is nothing better than letting the kids walk through the gardens and pick their own veggies! {This past summer tomatoes were a HIT.}
Jacob and I both work full-time but we run home businesses as well. I am a  health & fitness coach and Jacob is an artist & craft beer connoisseur! 
As I learn more about the plant-based lifestyle, I hope to share tips, offer free groups, and inspire others to give it a try! My passion is creating {EASY} but {HEALTHY} meals for my toddler and that is a journey that will continue as they grow.
